바위 (영어 : Lox, Yiddish : לאקס)는 연어 가공 필렛입니다.
원래는 소금물, 설탕, 기름, 양념 매리 네이드 액체에 연어 필레를 담그는 북부 유럽식 잡곡부와 비슷한 제품이지만 훈제 연어 차가운 훈제 암이라고도합니다.
또한 베이글과 같은 유대인 특유의 음식으로 먹을 때 종종 훈제 연어보다는 암석이라고 불립니다.
어원은 "연어 (salmon)"와 "이디시어의 럭스 (Luxy of Yiddish)"를 의미하는 "German (Lachs)"입니다.
